Workout #1 – Descending Ladder

Workout #1

Complete the following  exercises as quickly as possible without losing proper form! Complete 1-3 rounds total.  Post your time here to compare! 

50 Box Jumps , modify with step-ups

40 American Kettle Bell Swings, modify with Russian Kettle Bell Swings

30 Hang Clean and Press, modify with Push-Press

20 Burpees, modify by doing 20 air squats and 20 pushups

10 Sets of Stairs , equivalent to 360 steps of Stair Climber
