Workout #4 – Descending Ladder

Workout #4

Complete this descending ladder as quickly as possible, with proper form.  Rest when needed  Start with bar that you can push press for 15-20 reps.

 

100 Jump Rope

10 C-S-P Complex  (Hang Clean, Front Squat, Push Press, Back Squat, Push Press = 1 rep)

10 Rope  Slams or Medicine Ball Slams (no rope or ball, do jumps squats with a dumbbell chop)

 

90 Jump Rope

9 C-S-P Complex

9  Rope Slams or Medicine Ball Slams

 

80 Jump Rope

8 C-S-P Complex

8 Rope Slams or Medicine Ball Slams

 

Continue the descending ladder until you finish

10 Jume Rope

1 C-S-P Complex

1 Rope Slam or Medicine Ball Slam
