28 Day Summer Shape Up Challenge Begins Tomorrow!

The GetKristenFit Summer Shape Up kicks into high gear tomorrow with the 28 day high intensity workout challenge!

Ready to earn your best beach body? Commit to 28 killer workouts over the next 4 weeks and reveal your best body ever by the 4th of July!

28 Day Challenge Workout #1

“Body Weight 1000 Rep HIIT”

Complete 10 reps of the following 10 exercises in circuit as quickly as possible. Complete 10 sets through, for a total of 1,000 reps!

10 Burpees

10 Push-ups

10 Triceps Dips (crab/table position)

10 Glute Bridges

10 Sit-ups

10 Squats

10 Jump Squats

10  Reverse Lunges (alternating 5r/5l)

10 Jumping Lunges

10 Squat Jacks
