“Body Weight 1000 Rep HIIT”
Complete 10 reps of the following 10 exercises in circuit as quickly as possible. Complete 10 sets through, for a total of 1,000 reps!
10 Triceps Dips (crab/table position)
10 Glute Bridges
10 Jump Squats
10 Reverse Lunges (alternating 5r/5l)
10 Jumping Lunges
10 Squat Jacks
