Set 1, complete 3 rounds:

10 reps Barbell Push Press

15  reps Barbell Chest Press

20 reps Overhead Triceps Extensions

25  reps Bench Triceps Dips

Set 2, complete 3 rounds:

1o reps Pullups or Assisted Pullups

15 reps Bent over Barbell Rows

20 reps Lateral Shoulder Raises

25 reps Hammer Curls
