This is a full 55 minute GKF Signature Day 1 (Upper Body Pull)

You will need weights for  upper body  exercises like rows, curls and shoulder raises and a mini band!

GKF Signature classes include cardio and core work always!



There are 6  different  workouts  in the Get Kristen Fit workout week!  The Signature classes include warm-up, activation, power, strength, cardio/ conditioning, core, and flexibility.   You can purchase a whole  6 pack bundle for $60!

* the Day 1 in the bundle is a different workout than this one!
