This is a full 55 minute GKF Signature Day 2 (Leg Day)

You will need weights for lower body exercises.

GKF Signature  classes include cardio and core work always!


There are 6  different  workouts  in the Get Kristen Fit workout week!  The Signature classes include warm-up, activation, power, strength, cardio/ conditioning, core, and flexibility.   You can purchase a whole  6 pack bundle for $60!

* the Day 2 in the bundle is a different workout than this one!
