Workout #3 – Happy Birthday Carrie Edition!

Today in honor of one of my favorite fitness friends, Carrie, your workout for today is one of her favorites! Enjoy!

If you can finish it, this workout is 1,000 reps! Complete these 10 exercises, 10 reps of each, in circuit as quickly as possible without losing your form. Complete a total of 10 rounds!

10 Goblet Squats

10 Push-ups

10 Reverse Dumbbell Reverse Lunges (5 each leg)

10 Bent Over Barbell Rows

10  Deadlifts

10 Dumbbell Shoulder Press

10 Jump Squats

10 Burpees

10 Sit Ups or V- sit ups

10 Calories on a cardio machine/ treadmill etc (or 1 minute  run/ mountain climbers/ high knees/other cardio option)
